- Step 2 – Your results and plan: we walk you through your results and agree a plan with clear goals and what to expect at each stage.
- Step 3 – Follow-up care and rehab: regular follow-up visits, plus a Rehab Lab program to keep you moving. You can also add sessions in the Recovery Lab.

Are you open on weekends?
Chiropractic appointments are available on Saturdays 9am–6pm. The Recovery Lab is open Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 10am–4pm.
What is 3D movement analysis?
